This dark horse will be your favorite lēf Farms recipe. Packed with lots of nutrients this rich, smooth ice cream will be the center of conversations during dessert.


4 oz. lēf Farms Spice blend
3 medium avocados
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup Contoocook Creamery whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
½ cup slivered almonds


Toast almonds in oven and set aside for garnish. Next wash, peel and seed avocados. In a blender, place avocados, milk, cream, sugar, lemon juice, and lēf Farms Spice blend. Blend until smooth and chill 4 to 6 hour (best overnight). Process in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Serve on a bed of lēf Farms Spice blend, garnish with toasted almonds.
